WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

Sun Ninja Stretch Tents are machine washable and tough!... but like any good ninja they are not infallible and need to be cared for properly by following these tips:

  • Wash on a cold, gentle cycle or hand wash with cold to lukewarm water. This will ensure the spandex material stays elastic and always returns to its original form.
  • Use a mild, bleach-free detergent.
  • Hang it up outside to air dry.
  • Don’t iron or tumble dry.

SHIPPING POLICY

Sun Ninja's Standard Shipping option will take two-three (2-3) working days to reach you. Remote outer lying areas can take up to five (5) days to be delivered. Orders that are placed and received after 14h00 will be shipped the next day.

RETURNS AND WARRANTY

We accept returns of products purchased from our website for up to 10 days after the purchase date, provided the product has not been used and is in its original packaging. Kindly note that there is a 20% restocking fee and that SUN NINJA is not responsible for return shipping charges.

While we stand by the superior quality of our products, we do provide a one (1) year warranty on all SUN NINJA products against factory defects.
